Sustainable Housing Initiative Program (SHIP) | Sustainable Social Workforce Enterprise Fund (SSWEF):

Our SHIP in support of local mayor’s emergency housing initiatives provides immediate transitional assistance to homeless and ex-offenders for home maintenance employment AND temporary living.

Our SHIP is also designed to provide high growth financial education and real estate | housing training for youth interested in pursuing workforce development opportunities and housing careers.

Our SSWEF (pronounced swift) philanthropy venture development focuses on providing financial assistance to social enterprises that expand capacity for workforce initiatives including:

      • Creative Placemaking & Co-Working  

Additionally our SSWEF works along-side of local municipalities, long-standing community organizations, economic workforce corporations, and placement organizations to create sustainable solutions of the future that directly target primary issues affecting poverty and homelessness.
